Super Easy Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Making fresh fruit popsicles isn't an exact science so my recipes here are just kind of rough outlines of what to do.  To make my pops sweet so my hubby would approve, I added some instant pudding. Here are the supplies and steps I used.

Mixing Supplies (Mixing bowl, whisk, spatula, etc)
Popsicle molds (I had 8 medium size molds)
Fresh fruit (I used fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, fresh peaches, and canned cherry pie filling, use whatever you would like.)
Vanilla Instant Pudding (or any flavor you would like)
Milk for the instant pudding

  1. Puree fruit to desired consistency. I purreed the peach and the strawberries separately. I left the blueberries whole.
  2. Mix Vanilla Instant Pudding. I left out 1/2 cup of milk that it required so that my pudding with be extra thick!
  3. Alternate spoonfuls of pudding and fruit puree into popsicle molds and press a spoon for a fork into the mold to make sure there are no air holes. This also serves to swirl the fruit and pudding.
  4. Freeze for 5+ hours and enjoy!
** I added some blueberries in with the strawberry pops and they were delicious!

The cherry vanilla pop is shown below:

I had too much puree so I made myself a smoothie :)
